Terri Edgerley is the owner and principal broker of Edge Realty Vermont. She resides in beautiful Underhill with her two children and husband, Wyatt. Terri attended Johnson State College and later went on to obtain her real estate license and SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource) certification. She is proud to also be a part of the NAPW (National Association of Professional Women). Terri holds a significant understanding of the construction industry, gaining first-hand knowledge from her background of building five homes of her own… another way she can add value when representing her clients.

In her free time, she enjoys making memories with her family and their puppy, Maxi. Terri has dedicated years of her life to Rottweiler rescue programs, as well as advocating for victims of domestic violence. She is certified in the state of Vermont to work directly with victims, another strong passion of hers as helping people is truly a core part of her nature.
